Executive Protection Specialist – VIP Close Protection Dynamic Integrated Security Inc - Washington, DC $75 - $85 an hour About the Position We are seeking a highly trained Executive Protection Specialist to provide high-level VIP protection services in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate has prior experience in the military, law enforcement, or executive protection and demonstrates the ability to operate effectively in dynamic, high-pressure environments while maintaining discretion, professionalism, and strong situational awareness. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Provide personal protection to assigned clients at residences, offices, public events, and during transportation. Conduct advance security planning and preevent/site risk assessments. Identify potential threats and vulnerabilities and implement effective mitigation strategies. Maintain constant situational awareness. Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies and security teams as necessary. Control access points and monitor surroundings for suspicious activity. Respond immediately and appropriately to emergencies or security breaches. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client activities. Prepare detailed incident reports and daily activity logs. ________________________________________ Required Qualifications Prior experience in the military, law enforcement, or executive protection. Valid armed security license in accordance with state regulations. Concealed Weapon License (CCWL). Armed Private Protective Services Board (PPSB) License (NC). Current firearms certification. Defensive driving certification. CPR / First Aid / AED certification. Clean criminal background (background check required). Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED. ________________________________________ Core Competencies Strong threat assessment and risk management skills. Excellent situational awareness. Professional appearance and high level of discretion and integrity. ________________________________________ Work Conditions Flexible schedule required (including nights, weekends, and holidays). Domestic and international travel may be required. Highpressure work environments.
