You’ll play a key role in removing administrative friction so we can serve our internal customers more effectively. - Support & Refine Processes: Assist with key administrative processes throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, constantly looking for ways to improve efficiency.
- Optimize HR Systems: Help maintain our HRIS and other software tools, ensuring data accuracy and optimizing workflows to better serve our team.
- Provide Team Support: Act as a helpful point of contact for employees, providing excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues.
- Contribute to Projects: Jump in wherever needed on various HR projects with a focus on process improvement, documentation, and operational excellence.
- Knowledge gained from working closely with our brilliant staff.
- Skills learned through first-hand exposure to our processes, helping serve our team throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Honed professional skills in communication, organization, customer service, and best practices in HR administration and process improvement.
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, our HRIS, and other tools, with a focus on system optimization and data management.
