- Minimum of 3 years of experience in servicing commercial roofs for maintenance and repairs.
- Able to communicate and write effectively in English.
- Must have a valid driver's license and meet insurance standards.
Physical Qualifications
- Lift, move, and/or carry up to 50 pounds.
- Regularly work at heights greater than 15 feet.
