Gilmore is hiring a Lead HVAC Service Technician to handle advanced residential service calls, mentor developing technicians, and help drive field performance. You’ll stay hands-on while stepping into leadership, with a clear path into Service Manager and beyond.
Pay & Perks

- Monthly performance bonus
- Up to $10,000 hiring bonus, paid out over 2 years while you remain employed as a Lead Tech

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Handle advanced troubleshooting and complex service calls
- Lead by example in customer service and technical quality
- Mentor apprentices and junior technicians in the field
- Recommend replacements, indoor air quality products, and system upgrades
- Drive revenue through service agreements and customer solutions

What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of residential HVAC experience
- EPA Certification
- Strong diagnostic and sales ability
- Leadership mindset with interest in helping other techs improve
- Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
