Job Description:
Provides administrative and clerical support for BPV. Duties include telephone coverage (answering and routing calls), processing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, and handling program-related documents.
Responsibilities include processing Certificate of Inspection fees, printing and mailing certificates, invoices, notices of violation, preparing and sending license renewals, as well as scanning, filing and maintaining records.
Additional administrative tasks may be assigned as needed to support the Division's operations.
