Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter survey responses from PDF scans into an online data entry form.
- Identify and enter data from two survey versions, with between 24-26 fields per survey.
- Follow defined data entry rules (e.g., handling blanks, "other/specify" responses, and skip patterns).
- Perform routine quality checks (self-review and/or supervisor-directed spot checks) and correct errors promptly.
- Flag unreadable or ambiguous items for resolution by AGE.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all AGE data security requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive work.
- Proficiency with computers, including navigating PDFs and entering information into web-based forms.
- Demonstrated ability to meet productivity goals while maintaining data quality.
- Prior experience with high-volume data entry from scanned documents (PDFs).
- Experience using online form platforms and working with structured survey instruments.
