Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support organizational growth and employee engagement.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by overseeing sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes using HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
- Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts promptly through effective conflict management techniques and fostering a positive work environment.
- Oversee performance management programs, including employee evaluations, goal setting, and succession planning to promote continuous development.
- Administer benefits programs such as health insurance, workers' compensation, and retirement plans while ensuring compliance with employment & labor law and OSHA standards.
- Supervise payroll processing using systems like ADP, Paychex, or Paylocity; ensure accuracy in payroll data collection and reporting.
- Drive process improvement initiatives related to HR operations, including onboarding, training & development programs, and organizational design to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience supervising HR teams with a strong background in human resources management and talent management strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, FMLA policies, and workers' compensation procedures.
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiation skills for contracts and benefits administration; excellent communication skills essential for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, UltiPro, Taleo, Kronos or SAP SuccessFactors; strong data analysis skills for reporting and decision-making.
- Experience with strategic planning, change management initiatives, and process improvement projects within human resources functions.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality while managing employee evaluation processes and employee relations issues confidently.
