We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various settings. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards.
This position requires the Cleaner to go to different homes to be cleaned.
You will be required to travel to homes in Norfolk, Portsmouth, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake.
MUST HAVE A DRIVERS LICENSE AND YOUR OWN TRANSPORTATION
This is NOT a Full Time Position.

Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dussing, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Cleaning of floor care tasks to maintain the quality and appearance of flooring materials.
- Provide custodial services in residential settings, ensuring all areas are clean and presentable.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, addressing any concerns related to cleaning services.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or needs for replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- You MUST have your own transportation.
- MUST BE FRIENDLY
- MUST BE MATURE to work alone.
- Previous experience in cleaning roles in a residential setting is a MUST.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety standards.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Flexibility in work hours may be required based on client needs.
