Role Summary
This is a floating production position based in Derry, NH. You will move between departments as needed and support finish trim, miter cuts, wiring, plywood work, and carpentry.
Responsibilities
- Perform finish trim work on trailers
- Make accurate miter cuts
- Complete wiring tasks
- Handle plywood cutting, fitting, and installation
- Perform carpentry work as needed
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Move between stations and support production as a floating team member
- Maintain quality standards and keep the work area clean
- Follow safety procedures at all times
Qualifications and Job Requirements
- Good with tools and mechanical dexterity
- Experience with finish trim, miter cuts, wiring, plywood, or carpentry preferred
- Able to work safely with hand and power tools
- Willing to float between different production tasks
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work well with others
- Positive attitude and attention to detail
- Drug testing is required
