Role Summary
This is an inside sales and support role based in Derry, NH. You will handle sales administration, warranty claims, and dealer support.
Responsibilities
- Process and enter sales orders
- Plan, schedule, and confirm the sales managers’ trips and travel
- Serve as assistant to the traveling sales representative
- Respond to sales emails and dealer inquiries
- Handle warranty claims
- Assist dealers with questions, orders, and support needs
- Provide strong customer service to dealers and customers
- Learn and use our sales and dealer-relations software
- Support day-to-day inside sales and dealer relations
Qualifications and Job Requirements
- Outgoing, energetic people person
- Self-motivated, positive, driven, and helpful
- Willing to learn our software for sales and dealer relations
- Great customer-service skills
- Ability to work well with others
- Comfortable with order entry, email, scheduling, and warranty paperwork
