What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finance and Development Specialist position at DuPagePads?
DuPagePads is currently seeking qualified Finance and Development Specialist candidates for consideration to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and maintaining agency donor activity; provide financial reporting and analysis; process accounts receivable and accounts payable; ensure data integrity by reconciling donor financial system with accounting and adhering to standard practices in relation to system design and office policy; document procedures and processes.
Associate’s degree in data management, bookkeeping or related field; experience with Blackbaud eTapestry and Financial Edge preferred; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; effective data analysis skills, written and oral communication skills; trustworthiness in handling confidential information; and, three years of experience in finance related field and/or development including database, data analysis and reporting.

We are currently hiring for 1 position to work 40 hours per week during daytime hours.
Starting pay range: $23.00-$25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
Position status: Full time, non-exempt
