• Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales.
• Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining accuracy in register operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by cleaning workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment regularly.
• Assist with food safety practices by following proper food handling procedures and adhering to sanitation guidelines.
• Support team members with bussing tables, stocking supplies, and ensuring the restaurant remains organized and inviting.

• Previous experience in food preparation or quick service restaurants is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours.
• Experience in customer service roles within the food industry or retail environments will help you excel.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory management are essential.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures is highly desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting like a quick service or fast food restaurant while maintaining a positive attitude.
