Job Description:
The Dunkin Crew Member is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all guests, preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and following all Dunkin brand standards and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to all guests
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to Dunkin brand standards and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning equipment and surfaces, stocking supplies, and disposing of waste
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be at least 16 years of age
