Crew Member Responsibilities
- Prepare and make all beverages and food
- Bake fresh bakery items
- Greet Guest and take orders
- Cleaning
- Organizing store and putting away inventory
- memorize different recipes
- Prepare store for opening and closing
Crew Member Skills
- Must be able to fluently speak/read English
- Capable of counting money and making change
- Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply) Guest Focus – anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations.
- Works well with other in a team setting
- Take direction
