RN - Tele - Local Contract

WCS Healthcare seeking a Medical Surgical, Tele Registered Nurse for a contract assignment at a Prestigious Hospital in Niagara Falls, NY.

Job Function~

• Night Shift.
• 3x12.
• Assess daily patient care needs and collaborate with care team members to ensure effective treatment.
• Provide and oversee chronic hemodialysis therapy for both inpatients and outpatients.
• Recognize and report patient conditions that deviate from normal to the appropriate healthcare team.
• Administer prescribed medications and document medical justification and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families by identifying learning needs and providing ongoing instruction.
  
  

Job Requirements~

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current, valid RN license for the state of which you are working in.
• 1 years of Medical Surgical/Tele RN experience is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association are required.
• Cerner EMR experience is highly preferred.
