Job Function~

• Day Shift.
• 8AM - 5PM.
• Join a strong primary care team providing 100% outpatient care.
• Primary Care to an adult patient base.
• Part of multispecialty group to make appropriate referrals.
  
  

Job Requirements~

• Board Certified FNP, ANP or PA to be considered.
• NY License Required.
• 1 year primary care experience preferred, not required.
