Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Maintenance Worker to help maintain our properties and facilities. This position involves a variety of outdoor and indoor maintenance tasks, including lawn care, minor repairs, painting, and other general upkeep duties. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, takes pride in their work, and can work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Perform lawn care and landscaping duties, including mowing, trimming, and general grounds maintenance
- Complete minor building and store repairs as needed
- Paint and touch up interior and exterior surfaces
- Perform general maintenance and preventative upkeep tasks
- Assist with moving materials, equipment, and supplies
- Complete miscellaneous odd jobs and maintenance projects as assigned
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Travel between locations as needed
Qualifications
- Previous maintenance, landscaping, construction, or related experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable transportation required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
