Job Summary
Duez In & Out is looking for a dependable, friendly, and motivated Closing Cashier to join our team. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately handling transactions, and helping ensure the store is clean, stocked, and ready for the next business day.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate the cash register and process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Restock merchandise and assist with general store duties as needed.
- Complete closing procedures and help prepare the store for the next day.
- Follow company policies and food safety standards.
- Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Weekend availability is required.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Previous cashier or retail experience is a plus but not required—we're happy to train the right candidate.
