Compensation
Registered Nurse (RN): $32.00–$34.00 per hour
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $28.00–$30.00 per hour
Additional $0.10 per hour for each year of verified nursing experience (up to 20 years).
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus available for full-time positions, paid monthly over one year.

Position Overview
As an RN or LPN at Du Quoin Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional nursing care while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families. You'll work alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team committed to delivering compassionate, resident-centered care in a welcoming skilled nursing environment.
Scheduling
Full-Time Positions Available
Day Shift 6:00AM - 6:00PM
Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Assess residents and report changes in condition promptly.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.
Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants.
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents and staff.
Qualifications
Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.
Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
Excellent assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care.
Must meet all pre-employment requirements.
