Compensation

Registered Nurse (RN): $32.00–$34.00 per hour

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $28.00–$30.00 per hour

• Additional $0.10 per hour for each year of verified nursing experience (up to 20 years).

• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus available for full-time positions, paid monthly over one year.

Position Overview

As an RN or LPN at Du Quoin Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional nursing care while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families. You'll work alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team committed to delivering compassionate, resident-centered care in a welcoming skilled nursing environment.

Scheduling

• Full-Time Positions Available

• Day Shift 6:00AM - 6:00PM

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Assess residents and report changes in condition promptly.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.

• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants.

• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.

• Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.

• Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

• Excellent assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care.

• Must meet all pre-employment requirements.
