Du Quoin Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a dependable and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our environmental services team. This full-time position is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while supporting and guiding housekeeping staff.

Responsibilities
Supervise, train, and schedule housekeeping staff.
Ensure resident rooms, common areas, dining areas, and facility spaces are clean, sanitary, and well maintained.
Monitor quality standards and conduct routine inspections of completed work.
Ensure proper cleaning and disinfection procedures are followed.
Maintain housekeeping supplies and submit inventory requests as needed.
Assist with daily housekeeping duties, including cleaning, trash removal, linen collection, and laundry when necessary.
Promote a safe environment by following all infection prevention and safety guidelines.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Administrator or Director.
Qualifications
Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while leading a team.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical demands of the position.
