Job Summary
As the first point of contact for homeowners, remodeling contractors, and homebuilders, you will help customers select the ideal products to create beautiful, safe, and custom interior glass solutions. Customers choose us for our exceptional quality, fast turnaround times, design expertise, and industry-leading warranty—advantages we have built over the past 25 years through professionalism, customer care, and respect.
This role requires a proactive, consultative approach to customer service. Rather than focusing on sales commissions or quotas, our team is dedicated to educating customers during the design phase and helping them make informed decisions. You will provide accurate and timely estimates, ensuring all quotes align with our installation standards, project requirements, and the type of work we are equipped to perform. Success in this role depends on strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
