J Stout Auction is a heavy equipment and government surplus auction house. We have multiple locations and service clients nationwide. We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Inside Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary leads & support to the field sales team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information. The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.
Responsibilities
- Makes 80 -100 outgoing sales related calls daily
- Coordinate sales process by assisting throughout the sales transaction
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related paperwork and assist in getting all proper documentation in from customers
- Give after-sales support when requested and follow up with customers
- Handle the processing of all leads with accuracy and timeliness.
- Support entire outsides sales team, to include salesmen in different territories with home office support
- Assist in sales generation, lead follow up, CRM input/management, and necessary sales assistance
- Ensure all sales policies and procedures are being met, offering assistance to maintain compliance
- Takes incoming calls and directs customers where necessary
- Performs general administration duties
- All other duties assigned
Skills
- Proficient is English and Spanish speaking and reading comprehension
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Proficiency in using Microsoft programs and general computer skills
- Customer Service Oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
