Key Responsibilities
- Schedule installation and service appointments accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with customers, installers, and internal team members to ensure projects stay on schedule
- Maintain clear and professional communication regarding appointment details, timelines, and project updates
- Prepare and process invoices accurately and ensure timely delivery to customers
- Monitor schedules and adjust priorities as needed to accommodate changing workloads
- Maintain organized customer records and job documentation
- Provide administrative support to office operations and assist with special projects as needed
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support company goals
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to adapt quickly and reprioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Customer service or administrative experience preferred
- Scheduling or construction-industry experience is a plus, but not required
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
