Role Description This full-time, on-site role at DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse is located in Acworth, GA and centers on delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience. Day-to-day responsibilities may include welcoming and assisting customers, providing product knowledge and style guidance, and helping shoppers find footwear and accessories that meet their needs. The role typically involves maintaining visual standards, organizing and replenishing merchandise, and supporting inventory processes such as stockroom organization and floor sets. Qualifications
- Experience in customer service and retail sales, with the ability to engage customers, build rapport, and provide helpful, product-focused assistance.
- Skills in merchandising and visual presentation, including organizing displays, maintaining store appearance, and supporting inventory and stockroom tasks.
- Comfort with basic technology and point-of-sale systems, including processing payments, handling returns or exchanges, and following cash-handling procedures.
