Join our HIL Production department as an Inventory Management Administrator, where you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of components to the production floor and the efficient stocking of incoming items in our stockroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Material Requests: Process material requests from the production department.
- Order Fulfillment: Fill production orders with the required parts.
- Inventory Storage: Store parts in their designated locations.
- Kanban Management: Maintain Kanban shelves with adequate stock levels.
- Support: Assist Engineers and Technicians in identifying the proper parts.
- Inventory Counts: Perform regular inventory counts.
Team Collaboration:
- Close collaboration with the shipping department for incoming shipments
- Coordination with Production planning to balance the workload
- Supporting the production team in identifying parts
Work Environment:
- In-Office Role: This position requires consistent in-office attendance; remote work is not permitted.
- Reliability: Punctuality and reliability in working hours are crucial.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook are required
- Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Teams is a plus
- Familiarity with ERP systems like D365FO or similar is a plus, but not mandatory
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a comparable role in Material management is desired
