Duties:
Handle all the routine communications that come in from trainers, practitioners, and the general public.
Establish and maintain good working relationships with our trainers around the globe.
Oversee the retention membership program, communicating with members individually as needed to assist with membership related questions and problems. Encourage them to attend our many free events and the annual international Symposium.
Co-ordinate the efforts of our volunteers, including helping them to set up meetings we sponsor and getting those listed on the events calendar.
Make and mail certificates.
Package and mail orders for books and materials.
Eventually, coordinate all continuing education activities.
Eventually, take over coordination of the certification program.
Perform data entry, proofreading, and document management to ensure accuracy and clarity in all communications
Oversee calendar management for appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely scheduling and reminders
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or email, delivering excellent service at all times
Handle clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning documents, and managing office supplies inventory
Needed Skills
- Experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
- Excellent computer literacy
- Attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle phone calls professionally and courteously
- Knowledge of office equipment such as multi-line phones, postage machines, printers, and scanners is a plus
