The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for developing and expanding long-term relationships with key semiconductor customers, driving revenue growth through strategic alignment, and positioning the company as a trusted partner for advanced test and measurement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, serving as the primary commercial point of contact
  • Develop multi-year account strategies aligned with customer technology roadmaps and manufacturing plans
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, applications, operations, and service teams to deliver customer solutions
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for semiconductor test equipment, upgrades, and services
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and forecast accuracy for assigned accounts
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, competitive activity, and market trends to inform account planning

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA a plus)
  • 5 years of experience in account management or sales within the semiconductor, capital equipment, or test/measurement industry
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and testing processes
  • Proven ability to manage complex, long sales cycles with global customers
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Salary : $175,000 - $200,000
