* Prior warehouse leadership experience in a high volume distribution environment, preferably food or beverage
* Experience leading teams in a union environment strongly preferred
* Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold hourly associates accountable
* Strong safety mindset with knowledge of warehouse and food safety standards
* Comfortable working overnight schedules
* Ability to work in multi temperature and physically demanding environments
* High school diploma or equivalent required

* Competitive base salary starting $70,000-$100,000 depending on experience
