Position Summary:
This position will play a critical role in supporting high-impact design initiatives related to the development of new and existing electronic products. They will be leading a team of Mechanical Engineers to drive innovation and collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and procurement to accomplish company goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required (master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of Mechanical Design Engineer experience.
- At least 2 years of leadership experience.
- Proficiency in CAD software (Solidworks, CATIA, Creo).
- Understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
