The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading maintenance operations within a manufacturing facility, ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable performance of all plant equipment and assets. Maintenance Leadership & Strategy
- Provide leadership and direction for all maintenance operations to maximize production efficiency
- Develop and execute short- and long-term maintenance strategies aligned with operational goals
- Establish and monitor maintenance KPIs to drive performance and continuous improvement
- Contribute to maintenance budgeting, planning, and forecasting activities
- Implement and maintain a comprehensive maintenance program using industry best practices
- Ensure optimal equipment uptime, reliability, and lifecycle management
- Oversee maintenance activities to ensure effective use of modern tools, technologies, and methods
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce downtime
- Develop and enforce safety standards and programs within the maintenance function
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company health, safety, and environmental requirements
- Promote a strong safety culture with active employee engagement and accountability
- Lead, coach, and develop maintenance personnel to achieve high performance standards
- Ensure team members are properly trained, motivated, and aligned with departmental goals
- Build a collaborative and trust-based work environment
- Adapt leadership approach based on team dynamics and situational needs
- Track and communicate departmental performance in safety, reliability, cost, and efficiency
- Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and improvement initiatives
- Partner with plant leadership to align on operational goals and performance targets
- Support labor relations activities, including collaboration with workforce representatives where applicable
- Contribute to organizational effectiveness initiatives and plant-wide improvements
- Associate degree in a technical field (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial) required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline preferred
- 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Experience in manufacturing environments with a focus on equipment reliability and uptime
- Familiarity with maintenance and enterprise systems (e.g., CMMS, PLC/DCS platforms)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead teams in a fast-paced environment

Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
