Responsibilities:
Consumer & Market Expertise
- Become the go-to authority on food & appliance tools and trends across international markets.
- Analyze consumer behaviors, social media conversations, and cultural nuances to uncover unmet needs and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with research teams to explore emotional and functional drivers behind product usage and preferences.
Innovation & Product Strategy
- Transform insights into a dynamic product roadmap that excites consumers and drives business growth.
- Develop compelling product narratives that connect emotionally with users and reinforce brand identity.
- Build a pipeline of innovations that reflect real-world needs and elevate everyday kitchen experiences.
Product Development & Execution
- Lead cross-functional teams to bring new products to life-defining features, specs, pricing, and positioning.
- Partner with design, engineering, sourcing, and packaging to ensure products meet quality, cost, and aesthetic standards.
- Manage development timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution and timely launches.
- Support testing, compliance, and sustainability initiatives throughout the development process.
Go-to-Market Strategy
- Work closely with marketing and sales to activate product stories across digital, retail, and experiential channels.
- Ensure every consumer touchpoint communicates the product's value and emotional appeal.
