Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in corrugated packaging and selling boxes
- At least 5 years of sales leadership or supervisory experience
- Proven ability to manage and develop a sales team
- Experience overseeing sales pipeline, forecasting, and product mix
- Strong knowledge of profitability, estimating, and pricing strategies
- Ability to maintain and grow major customer accounts
- Valid driver license with willingness to travel regularly
- Experience with recruiting, training, and coaching sales staff
