Position Summary:
Lead single crews in performing vacuum and hydro blasting services to safely and effectively complete hydro blasting and vacuuming jobs at industrial facilities.
Duties:
Lead crews, offer feedback, assist crews and train new employees in completion of the job duties in accordance with all company and client policy.
Ensure all equipment is functioning.
Must have general knowledge of all Hydro Blast Pumps (10K, 20K, 40K).
Must have general knowledge of Liquid Vacuum and Air Machine Trucks.
Load out hydro blast and vacuum truck jobs, i.e. be familiar with all pieces of equipment necessary to safely and effectively complete the required job scope.
Inspect all aspects of work from the jobsite to equipment before commencing work.
Complete Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and all applicable safety paperwork.

Conditions:
Work at Industrial Owner Facilities in and around the Greater Houston Area.
Ability to travel for out-of-town up to 25% of the time.
Perform Manual Labor to complete tasks associated with service lines performed by USA Debusk.
Be On Call 24/7.
Able to work shifts up to 12-16 hours (day or night), both indoors and outdoors in the sun, which requires being on your feet.
Able to hydro blast utilizing a shotgun.
Must be capable of setting up equipment for the job including lifting and carrying hoses that may weigh up to 50 lbs.
Required to work at elevations and wear fall protection harnesses.
Ability to work in confined spaces for 4-7 hours per day; stand or walk for long periods.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills, both internally and externally.
Experience in the hydro blasting and vacuuming field.
Valid TWIC card
Valid Driver's License.
Pass a Hair Follicle Drug Screen.
Pass all Required Background Screens.
