A large-scale enterprise is seeking an experienced Senior Vice President of Finance to lead a high-performing finance organization across FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, and Strategic Planning. This executive will play a critical role in driving financial performance during periods of rapid growth, organizational transformation, and business integration.
The ideal candidate will partner closely with executive leadership and the Board of Directors to develop financial strategy, strengthen operational performance, and support long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide finance functions, including FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, and Strategic Planning
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business growth and organizational objectives
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance management
- Partner with executive leadership to support strategic planning and key business decisions
- Manage capital allocation, cash flow, liquidity planning, and financial risk management
- Present financial performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives to the Board of Directors and executive stakeholders
- Build scalable financial systems, processes, and controls across a complex organization
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team
Qualifications
- 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience
- Proven success leading finance organizations through rapid growth, acquisitions, or organizational transformation
- Strong expertise in FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, and Corporate Finance
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and Boards of Directors
- Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills
- CPA and/or MBA preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $370,000 – $400,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
