Key Responsibilities
- Lead FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, and Financial Reporting
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning
- Develop and execute financial strategies that support business growth
- Present financial results and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and the Board
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- CPA and/or MBA preferred
- 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience
- Strong expertise in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Accounting, and Treasury
- Proven leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills
Compensation & Benefits
