- Lead day-to-day operations across a national, multi-site platform
- Drive operational performance, profitability, safety, and service excellence
- Oversee post-acquisition integration and execution of growth initiatives
- Standardise operating processes and improve scalability across locations
- Develop and mentor regional and site leadership teams
- Partner with executive leadership on financial performance and strategic planning
- Report operational performance and key initiatives to executive leadership and stakeholders

- 20 years of progressive operations leadership experience.
- Previous experience as a COO, President, or equivalent executive operations leader.
- Proven ownership of full P&L for a business with $150M in revenu
- Experience leading multi-site or multi-region operatione.
- Strong track record in private equity-backed environments and acquisition integrations.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
