Our client is looking for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who lives in or near Raleigh, North Carolina, to join a supportive and growing team.
In this role, you will provide clinical supervision for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This position is approximately 50% in-person and 50% via telehealth, offering flexibility while maintaining high-quality care.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor RBTs providing ABA services.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor client progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary team members.
- Ensure compliance with BACB guidelines and company standards.
- Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time.
Requirements:
- Active BCBA certification.
- Must reside in or near Raleigh, NC.
- Experience working with children with ASD.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to provide both in-person and telehealth supervision.
