- Drive strategic alignment across teams to support cybersecurity initiatives
- Troubleshoot and manage client and server systems
- Use logs, vendor data, and AI tools to analyze application/network behavior
- Document technical behavior and clarify cyber risks to stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally across IT, operations, and vendors
- Deliver on expected timelines and communicate progress effectively
- Balance business needs with cyber risk
- 2 years of experience in technical support or IT systems
- Strong knowledge of iOS, MacOS, and Windows systems
- Expertise in Microsoft 365, endpoint software, and device management
- Proficiency in analyzing network/application behavior via logs
- Understanding of cybersecurity risks and mitigation strategies
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with AI tools and data-driven troubleshooting
- Familiarity with SIEM systems
- Relevant certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCNP Security
- Experience in data science and IT compliance
- In-person preferred in Indianapolis
- Work across global teams and time zones
- Strong emphasis on cybersecurity, troubleshooting, and documentation
- Must have 2 years of relevant experience
- Must be technically proficient across multiple OS and cybersecurity tools
- Must demonstrate ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
