Overview

Position: QA – Mid level experience (5 years)

Responsibilities

• Reviews business requirements and functional/technical/design specifications to ensure full understanding of individual deliverables
• Creates clear, concise, and detail-oriented test plans/cases, pointing out unclear/conflicting requirements and enhancing user stories with acceptance criteria where needed
• Performs manual testing for software functionality, data validations, transformations, and system compatibility
• Ensures validated deliverables meet functional, technical, and design specifications
• Isolates, replicates, analyzes, and reports defects and verifies defect fixes
• Proactively communicates with Product Manager, Project Manager, Business Analysts, and Developers about open issues and test status
  
  

Requirement Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant QA technical experience
• 3 years of experience working on supply chain systems, including Warehouse Management and Order Management solutions
• Excellent critical analysis skills
• Clear, proactive communicator (written and verbal)
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritize tasks
• Solid experience with Web services/API testing (using Postman), functional testing (desktop and mobile), regression testing, and performance testing
• Familiarity with common testing tools
• SQL skills
• Basic knowledge of Cloud Services
• Experience with Github and Jira
• Experience in Agile and waterfall methodologies
