Your responsibilities include guiding all departments, including crafting innovative staffing strategies and setting ambitious goals aligned with the company's strategic plans.

Your mission as a General Manager is to increase profits and ensure the company's seamless operations. By leading all departments, you empower Managers and Supervisors to achieve exceptional results and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.

• Create and implement strategies for business growth.
• Work closely with Production Managers and other management staff to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Improve internal processes to boost productivity.
• Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and training processes.
• Develop key performance goals and manage staff performance
• Ensure that departments and units deliver quality service to customers and clients.
• Manage the budget and monitor the financial health of the location of the business unit.
• Oversee large projects and analyze performance reports.

Education and Training

Required
