DryTech is a well-established and trusted water, fire, and mold restoration company serving New Jersey, Staten Island, and Rockland County, NY.
Our business is built on relationships—plumbers, property managers, insurance agents, adjusters, and trades.
Your job is simple to explain and hard to execute:
Make sure DryTech is the first call when something floods, burns, or grows mold.
What You’ll Actually Do
Live in the field:
- Visit plumbing companies, property managers, insurance offices, adjusters, and real estate brokers
- Show up consistently and stay visible
- Turn introductions into real relationships that produce work
Generate referrals:
- Convert “nice to meet you” into:
- Ongoing referral sources
- “Got a job for you” calls and texts
- Drop materials and follow up like a professional—not a pest
Create touchpoints:
- Set up breakfasts, lunches, and office presentations
- Coordinate ride-alongs and shop visits with key partners
Manage your pipeline:
- Track who is sending work
- Identify accounts that are slowing down
- Re-engage and strengthen relationships
Close the loop:
- Work directly with ownership and project managers
- Follow jobs from referral → inspection → job sold

Bonus Experience
- Restoration, roofing, HVAC, home services, construction, or insurance
- Outside sales or route-based marketing
Compensation
- Base salary
- Commission on every referral from your accounts (ongoing)
- Company vehicle
- Uncapped earning potential based on account performance
Schedule
- Full-time, primarily Monday–Friday
- Occasional early mornings or after-hours visits when needed
Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
