The Role
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, outgoing, and organized Front Desk / Guest Experience Associate to join our growing Drybar family.
This role is perfect for someone who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and genuinely enjoys making others feel welcome.
You will be responsible for creating a seamless, fun, and elevated experience for every guest while supporting our stylists and keeping the salon running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome every guest with a warm, enthusiastic, and professional attitude
- Check clients in and out and manage appointments
- Answer phones, respond to client questions, and assist with booking appointments
- Manage appointment changes, cancellations, and rescheduling according to salon policies
- Help maintain an organized and welcoming front desk and salon environment
- Communicate effectively with stylists and the salon team
- Recommend and sell Drybar products based on each client’s needs
- Educate guests about Drybar services, products, memberships, and promotions
- Help create an exceptional guest experience from start to finish
- Handle payments and accurately process transactions
- Assist with opening and closing responsibilities
- Support the team wherever needed to keep the salon running efficiently
