Job Title: Non-Technical Program Manager
Job Location: Saint Louis, MO (4 days Onsite, 1 day Remote a week)
Duration: 12 Months
Rate $55/hr W2
Role Overview: We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to oversee cross-functional initiatives, drive program execution, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. This is a non-technical program management role focused on operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and delivery management.
Primary Focus - Business initiatives, operations, process improvements, organizational programs technical awareness may be helpful but not mandatory Works with business stakeholders, operations, finance, HR, marketing, sales teams.
Responsibilities include Program governance, budgeting, resource planning, change management, business process optimization.
Decision Making focusing on business outcomes, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder alignment.
PMP, PgMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, Change Management certifications will be a plus
Excellent communication skills.
