Call Center Agent / Customer Service Representative

(Healthcare - Patient Support)

1 Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and healthcare providers requiring assistance with our services and devices.
  • Provide technical support for our medical peripherals, including setup, troubleshooting, and ensuring proper functionality.
  • Assist with patient onboarding, including account setup, device shipping logistics, and scheduling initial setup calls. Guide users step-by-step through problem-solving processes via phone, email, or chat.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in our support system.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues or complex problems to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Provide administrative support related to patient accounts, and communication logs.
  • Perform other assigned tasks that contribute to the team's success and the company's overall growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product, operations, or marketing, on projects and initiatives outside of daily support tasks.
  • Take on responsibilities and projects in other business verticals (e.g., quality assurance, operations, product feedback) to support company-wide goals.
  • Perform other assigned tasks that contribute to the team's success and the company's overall growth.

2 Qualifications and Core Competencies

2.1 Required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a talent for troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

2.2 Preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree in Health or Technology
  • Bilingual Fluency (Preferred): English/Mandarin, English/Korean, English/Vietnamese, English/Spanish, or other languages.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role.
  • Experience working in a healthcare or technology setting is a strong plus.
  • Proficient with computer applications and the ability to learn new software quickly; experience with CRM software is a plus.
