1 Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and healthcare providers requiring assistance with our services and devices.
- Provide technical support for our medical peripherals, including setup, troubleshooting, and ensuring proper functionality.
- Assist with patient onboarding, including account setup, device shipping logistics, and scheduling initial setup calls. Guide users step-by-step through problem-solving processes via phone, email, or chat.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in our support system.
- Identify and escalate priority issues or complex problems to the appropriate internal teams.
- Provide administrative support related to patient accounts, and communication logs.
- Perform other assigned tasks that contribute to the team's success and the company's overall growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product, operations, or marketing, on projects and initiatives outside of daily support tasks.
- Take on responsibilities and projects in other business verticals (e.g., quality assurance, operations, product feedback) to support company-wide goals.
- Perform other assigned tasks that contribute to the team's success and the company's overall growth.
2 Qualifications and Core Competencies2.1 Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a talent for troubleshooting technical issues.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
2.2 Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Health or Technology
- Bilingual Fluency (Preferred): English/Mandarin, English/Korean, English/Vietnamese, English/Spanish, or other languages.
- Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role.
- Experience working in a healthcare or technology setting is a strong plus.
- Proficient with computer applications and the ability to learn new software quickly; experience with CRM software is a plus.
