We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Quality Systems Specialist in Charlotte, MI. As a Quality Systems Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Obtain ISO/IATF Certificate
  • Implement and maintain quality management systems to drive continuous improvement in product quality.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct audits to support customer requirements
  • Implement and maintain Layered Process Audits
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in quality systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and drive corrective actions.
  • Provide training and support to employees on quality systems and best practices.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for quality assurance. If you have experience working in a manufacturing environment and a proven track record of improving quality systems, we want to hear from you!

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or 5 year's experience in a relevant field.
  • 4 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
  • IATF16949 Certified Internal Auditor, Lead Auditor Certification is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent microsoft office suite skills
