Pay Rate: $19/hr
Schedule: 2nd or 3rd shift with weekends as needed
Location: Various manufacturing and warehouse sites

Are you a natural leader who enjoys solving problems, motivating others, and making a difference every day? As a Team Leader, you’ll play a hands-on role in ensuring top-quality results for our customers while leading a team of quality inspectors at manufacturing and warehouse locations.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily project operations and ensure safety and quality standards are met
- Train, coach, and support your team to deliver consistent, high-quality results
- Build strong relationships with customers and communicate job requirements clearly
- Inspect parts and ensure all tools, gauges, and equipment are used correctly
- Handle project paperwork and documentation
- Step up as acting supervisor when needed
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- 2 years of leadership experience
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and adaptable
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous team or manufacturing experience is a plus
