Position: Team Leader
Pay Rate: $19/hr
Schedule: 2nd or 3rd shift with weekends as neededLocation: Various manufacturing and warehouse sites
Are you a natural leader who enjoys solving problems, motivating others, and making a difference every day? As a Team Leader, you’ll play a hands-on role in ensuring top-quality results for our customers while leading a team of quality inspectors at manufacturing and warehouse locations.
What You’ll Do
Oversee daily project operations and ensure safety and quality standards are met
Train, coach, and support your team to deliver consistent, high-quality results
Build strong relationships with customers and communicate job requirements clearly
Inspect parts and ensure all tools, gauges, and equipment are used correctly
Handle project paperwork and documentation
Step up as acting supervisor when needed
What We’re Looking For
Strong leadership and communication skills
- 2 years of leadership experience
Detail-oriented, reliable, and adaptable
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous team or manufacturing experience is a plus
