What You’ll Do
- Lead all sales and marketing efforts for both hotels
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize transient, group, corporate, and catering revenue
- Build strong relationships with local businesses, tourism partners, event planners, and community organizations
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities and revenue streams
- Collaborate with revenue management to optimize ADR, occupancy, and total hotel profitability
- Oversee digital marketing strategy, brand partnerships, public relations, and social presence
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team through accountability and creativity
- Represent both properties at industry events, networking functions, trade shows, and client meetings
- Partner closely with operations and F&B leadership to ensure seamless guest and client experiences
- Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and performance metrics to drive decision-making
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of hotel sales leadership experience, preferably within boutique or lifestyle hospitality
- Proven success driving group, corporate, and catering revenue
- Strong understanding of independent hotel branding and experiential marketing
- Exceptional communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing hotel sales systems, reporting, and forecasting
- Creative thinker with a strong business mindset
- Passion for hospitality, culture, food & beverage, and community engagement
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
