As our program continues to grow, this position has the potential to expand into a full-time therapist role for the right candidate.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate engaging psychoeducational and process groups
- Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive therapeutic environment
- Complete timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team
- Encourage client participation, accountability, and personal growth
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions

Schedule
We understand that flexibility matters.
Weekend availability:
- Saturdays and Sundays
- Flexible scheduling based on your availability
- Daylight hours
- Additional hours may be available for Fridays and Mondays
Minimum Qualifications
CADS, CAP, CAC, CAAP or MSW
Preferred Qualifications
LSW, LAPC
Highly Preferred
LCSW, LPC
Experience working with individuals experiencing substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health disorders, or behavioral health concerns is strongly preferred.
