What are the responsibilities and job description for the Therapist FT, IOP position at DreamLife Recovery?
POSITION PURPOSE
- The Therapist will provide direct clinical services and coordinate care across Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient (OP) levels of care. Responsibilities include monitoring and tracking the implementation of therapy conduction both individual and group therapy sessions and managing a comprehensive continuum of client care. The therapist will provide services ensuring continuity of treatment and client progress toward recovery goals. Additional duties include providing psychosocial skills training, supportive counseling, and assisting clients in maintaining their preferred level of independence and community integration.
EDUCATION:
- Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Master's Degree in Counseling, Social
- work, Psychology or a related behavioral health field.
EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in Substance Use and Mental Health Treatment preferred.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
- LCSW, LMHT or LMFT

Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
